Director of Finance

Unity Search has partnered with a design/service company, (who has experienced significant growth this past year), to find their next Controller. The Controller is a hands-on leadership role responsible for both accounting oversight and advanced financial management. This position is ideal for a highly motivated professional who can bridge accounting, finance, and banking relationships to support a rapidly growing organization.

Ideally looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance, with at least 4 years in a leadership/management role
• Proven experience in cash flow management, financial forecasting, and banking/lender relationships
• Experience managing credit facilities, borrowing base reporting, and covenant compliance
