Director of FinanceOur client is a leading international manufacturing and industrial services organization, operating within a highly engineered product environment. With revenues of around $ 200M across the Americas and backing from a global parent organization, the business combines manufacturing, sales, and aftermarket services to deliver long term customer value. The Americas region represents a critical and growing market, with a well established footprint and strong commercial momentum. The organization is now seeking a Director of Finance to strengthen financial leadership, enhance performance visibility, and support the next phase of growth. This role required a presence in the office at least 3 days/ week (non-negotiable).Reporting directly into the local CEO, and with a dotted line to the Group CFO overseas, the Director of Finance will serve as the senior finance leader for the Americas business, acting as a key partner to the local leadership team. This role will take full ownership of the North American finance function, leading a team of +/- 8 finance professionals while driving enhanced financial performance, strengthening governance, and supporting informed commercial decision making.
