Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field required.
- CPA, MBA or master’s degree preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in school finance, governmental accounting, nonprofit finance, municipal finance, higher education, healthcare or comparable organization financial leadership preferred.
What you’ll Do: As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will help guide the financial future of one of PA’s premier career and technical education institutions. Responsibilities include:
- Strategic financial planning and budget development.
- Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, payroll, investments, purchasing, and annual audits.
- Develop long-range financial plans and fiscal forecasts that support organizational priorities.
- Oversee procurement and financial operations related to transportation, food services and facilities.
- Provide financial leadership for capital projects and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with administrators, Board members, and community partners.
- Supervise and support Business Office and Food Service staff.
