Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor talented teams in Tax, Collections/Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Provide strategic direction and operational oversight aligned with company financial goals and growth.
  • Manage multi-state tax compliance and maintain strong relationships with external tax advisors.
  • Drive improvements in cash collection, billing accuracy, and vendor payment processes.
  • Implement scalable financial operations and process enhancements to support rapid growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 10+ years of progressive experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, tax compliance, and internal controls.
  • Proven leadership in managing finance teams across multiple functions.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA, CMA, or MBA credentials.
  • Experience in service industries or high-growth, PE-backed companies.
  • Background in M&A integration and financial systems onboarding.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

  • On-site role requiring prolonged periods of desk work and computer use.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
