The Role of the Director of Family and Community Engagement
The Director of Enrollment, Attendance, and Family Engagement plays a critical role in ensuring strong student enrollment, consistent attendance, long-term persistence, and meaningful family partnership across all FACE-supported campuses. This role is responsible for leading strategic initiatives, coaching campus teams, and developing systems that strengthen family engagement while driving student outcomes.
This position reports directly to the Managing Director of FACE and serves as a key thought partner in building cohesive, family-centered systems that support students from recruitment through persistence.

Salary
$90,000 - $135,000 annually. This range reflects the full growth potential of the role over time. Rocky Mountain Prep typically expects to place candidates in the lower- to middle-range, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
