Responsibilities:
The Director of Facilities Management is the individual with primary responsibility for the daily operation and maintenance of hospital buildings, grounds, and mechanical/electrical systems, while ensuring compliance with all local, state, NFPA, OSHA and Joint Commission regulations and standards. Interacts with other department heads to ensure safe and efficient operations. Hires, trains, supervises and terminates building service personnel. Serves as the hospital’s Safety Officer with authority to take immediate action if current conditions threaten safety, health or life. Responsible for managing all aspects of the Emergency Management Program. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
Posted Total Compensation : The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It’s not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ Minimum Salary: USD $103,412.00/Yr. Maximum Salary: USD $145,000.00/Yr.
