The Director of Executive Conference Services oversees daily operations of a corporate conference center, reporting to the District Manager.
Responsibilities include
- leading strategic direction and ensuring operational excellence
- building client and stakeholder relationships
- developing and empowering team members
- driving innovation and problem-solving
- managing financials, including P&L and budgeting
- maintaining high service standards and seamless guest experiences
Preferred qualifications include a - bachelor's degree (hospitality preferred)
- 10+ years of conference/event experience
- strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- budget management experience
Compensation includes a salary of $130,000-$140,000/year plus bonus, with comprehensive benefits.
