The Director of Events & Program Management leads strategy, planning, and execution of North America trade conferences, industry events, and corporate participation to enhance brand visibility and partnerships in travel F&B and retail.
They develop and manage event strategies, budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
The role involves coordinating high-impact speaking opportunities, sponsorships, and activations, plus post-event analysis to measure ROI and continuous improvement.
Ideal candidates have 8+ years of experience in event management, strong project and vendor management skills, excellent communication, and industry knowledge in hospitality, F&B, or retail.
Based in Bethesda, MD, travel up to 40% is required. The position reports to the VP of Marketing & Communications.
