Job Summary
Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Portfolio and Product Management, this role is responsible for managing the enterprise portfolio management office (EPMO) to ensure projects are executed effectively and align with the organization's business strategy and goals. This is a newly created role aimed at embedding program and project management as a core discipline across the organization in support of SERVPRO business and system transformation. The ideal candidate will implement and continuously improve enterprise-wide standards, processes, templates, and governance to ensure project management maturity aligns with strategic goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in leading PMOs, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to right-size practices for the organization's maturity level. This role will manage a team of program and project managers and partner closely with functional leaders across business and technology to drive project excellence in support of SERVPROs business strategy and transformation.
