The Director of Enterprise Systems drives the strategic planning, execution and management of ISCO Industries (ISCO) enterprise applications portfolio, including enterprise resource planning (ERP), human resource information systems (HRIS), CRM and marketing automation platforms. This leader will also serve as a critical bridge to ISCOs internal software development team, ensuring that custom-built solutions align with broader business strategy and integrate seamlessly with the commercial application landscape.
With a new IFS ERP implementation underway, this role carries immediate strategic significance. The Director will lead ISCO through the full lifecycle of ERP design, implementation and stabilization - including the IFS CRM module - while simultaneously advancing the maturity of the organizations UKG HRIS and HubSpot marketing platforms. This position requires a leader who can balance the demands of a large-scale transformation program with steady operational stewardship of existing systems.
Reporting to the VP of IT, the Director of Enterprise Systems will collaborate closely with executives and business unit leaders to ensure that ISCOs technology investments deliver measurable value, support operational efficiency and provide competitive advantage.
