Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Engineering to join their dynamic team. Pay Range: Up to $200,000

• Lead and oversee the engineering team to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
• Manage resource planning, budgeting, and project timelines to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all engineering activities.
