Director of Engineering 

We're seeking an experienced Director of Engineering to lead the engineering function for a growing metal‑manufacturing operation. This is a high‑visibility leadership role for someone who thrives on improving processes, developing strong teams, and driving technical excellence.

As the Director of Engineering, you'll shape the engineering strategy, lead product and process development, and partner closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and executive leadership to ensure engineering initiatives support operational performance and long‑term business goals. You'll also oversee budgeting, capital planning, and resource allocation—ensuring the department is equipped to deliver results.

You'll lead a talented engineering team, strengthen technical capability, and foster a culture built on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in metal manufacturing, strong leadership presence, and a passion for innovation and operational excellence.

The position requires an Employment Agreement with non-competition, non-disclosure, non-solicitation, and confidentiality provisions.
