We are seeking an experienced Director of Electrical & Embedded Engineering to lead a multidisciplinary team of electrical and embedded engineers developing advanced Pro. AV and embedded systems for the Medical, Defense, and Enterprise markets. This role combines technical leadership, project execution, and team development. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineering leader who enjoys guiding system architecture, solving complex technical challenges, mentoring engineers, and delivering high-performance products from concept through production. You will play a critical role in shaping the next generation of products while ensuring designs meet performance, quality, regulatory, and schedule objectives. This is an on-site leadership role within Product Development and Engineering (not remote or hybrid).
