This role owns the end‑to‑end performance of these platforms and is accountable for driving revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, and best‑in‑class execution across marketplace channels.Typical DayOversee ecommerce strategy and execution including assortment, promotional planning, media investments, and operational excellence.Monitor marketplace platform performance, algorithm changes, and policy updates to proactively mitigate risks and unlock opportunities.Lead best‑in‑class execution across content, SEO, advertising, pricing, promotions, and availability.Develop and manage annual operating plans, forecasts, and promotional strategies for ecommerce channels.Own and execute the ecommerce marketplace strategy, with deep focus on Amazon and Chewy.Drive sales growth, share, and profitability across Amazon (Vendor Central and/or Seller Central) and Chewy.QualificationsProven success managing Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central, including retail negotiations and media programs.Deep understanding of Chewy's platform, operating model, and customer expectations.Strong P&L ownership experience with a track record of driving profitable growth.Highly analytical, strategic, and execution‑oriented with excellent communication and leadership skills.Benefits & CompensationSalary range USD$147,000‑USD$202,000, 401k with Company matching.Medical, Dental, Vision and Employee Assistance Programs.Continuing Education – In‑House & Online Learning & Development, Education Assistance Program.Quality commitment – uphold highest standards of authenticity, nutritional integrity, and food safety.Additional perks: Free bag of premium pet food monthly, free parking, etc.Champion is an equal opportunity employer.
