The Director of Early College oversees the full student experience and program operations for early college initiatives, including high school partnerships and enrollment growth strategies.
They collaborate across academic, student support, and administrative units to ensure holistic student success, manage budgets, and drive program evaluation and compliance with accreditation and legal standards.
Key responsibilities include developing partnerships with high schools, enhancing student support, leading strategic initiatives to increase enrollment and matriculation, and ensuring program quality and compliance.
Qualifications include a master’s degree, leadership experience in higher education or K-12 partnerships, strategic planning skills, and the ability to manage complex projects and relationships.
The role aims to expand access, increase student success, and support institutional growth, with an anticipated start date in July 2026.
