series, abandoned cart, replenishment, post‑purchase, win‑back, and subscription retention programs.Ensure founder‑led educational content, promotions, and campaign messaging are effectively integrated into lifecycle marketing programs.Drive repeat purchase behavior, customer retention, subscription conversion, and overall customer lifetime value through disciplined lifecycle marketing strategies.Develop customer segmentation and personalization strategies to improve engagement and long‑term customer value.Social Media, Content Amplification & Social CommerceOversee the Social Media Manager in executing educational, founder‑led content distribution across key social platforms.Coordinate the operational execution and amplification of founder‑generated content, educational messaging, and promotional initiatives across social channels.Support social commerce initiatives, including TikTok Shop, Instagram Shop, and emerging platform opportunities aligned with the company's DTC growth strategy.Ensure social media execution aligns with paid media, direct‑response campaigns, and customer acquisition initiatives.Coordinate user‑generated content (UGC), creator partnerships, and community engagement initiatives that support customer acquisition and retention efforts.Analytics, Reporting & Growth OptimizationCompletely own digital performance reporting across DTC channels, including CAC, ROAS, subscription metrics, funnel performance, campaign ROI, retention metrics, and contribution margin.Build scalable dashboards and reporting systems for executive leadership.Translate performance data into actionable optimization, testing, and resource allocation decisions.Continuously identify operational inefficiencies and growth opportunities across the digital business.Provide performance feedback and optimization recommendations on founder‑led campaigns to improve conversion efficiency and customer response over time.Minimum Job QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).Experience: 7+ years of digital marketing/e‑commerce experience with at least 3‑4 years in a leadership role scaling DTC operations and leading multi‑function teams.Leadership Track Record: Proven ability to build, manage, and develop high‑performing marketing teams with a strong focus on accountability, operational rigor, and independent execution.Direct Response Expertise: Deep, hands‑on background in DTC funnel development, conversion rate optimization, lifecycle marketing, subscription businesses, and measurable ROI‑focused marketing.Execution Orientation: Demonstrated ability to operationalize executive/Founder vision into organized, scalable marketing execution systems and campaigns.Platform Proficiency: Advanced understanding of e‑commerce platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics platforms (GA4, Triple Whale/Northbeam), landing page tools,
