We are currently in search of a Director of Direct Response TV Advertising to join our Digital Fundraising team! The Director of Direct Response TV (DRTV) Advertising is responsible for leading the execution, coordination, reporting and optimization of Direct Response Television (DRTV) advertising campaigns. This role supports the successful delivery of DRTV programs by managing agency partners, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring performance, and ensuring campaigns are executed accurately and on time within established budgets.

Note: The ideal candidate for this position will work hybrid from our corporate office in Oklahoma City, OK, however all qualified candidates will be considered nationwide.

Job Requirements:

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. High school diploma or GED required.

Experience

Three to six (3-6) years of experience in advertising, media, or performance marketing, with direct experience supporting DRTV or television advertising campaigns strongly preferred.

Familiarity with direct response metrics such as CPA, response rates, and media pacing.

Experience working in regulated, donor-funded, or mission-driven environments a plus.

Hands-on experience working with external vendors or agencies in an executional capacity.

Experience present campaigns performance reports using data from available reporting tools and performance dashboards.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint required.

Essential Job Functions:

Manage communication with agency partners, including timelines, deliverables, and expectations to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment with Feed the Children's strategies.

Partner with agency partners to develop media plans, manage schedules, and optimize campaign performance based on response and ROI.

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance; analyze response data; and recommend tactical optimizations to maximize cost per donor, ROI, and lifetime value.

Collaborate with internal and external creative and production to develop compelling, mission-driven creative that drives immediate donor response while reinforcing Feed the Children's brand and values.

Lead cross-channel alignment efforts, such as website landing page development and digital retargeting to DRTV audiences.

Manage revenue and expense budgets, forecasts, and pacing in partnership with senior leadership and agency partners to ensure responsible stewardship of donor dollars.

Coordinate closely with Digital Fundraising, Analytics, and CRM teams to ensure seamless donor capture, attribution, and integration into multichannel donor journeys.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting inputs from vendors and internal systems.

Ensure all advertising complies with legal, regulatory, and brand standards, including applicable disclosures and fundraising best practices.

Prepare and present campaign performance reports for leadership, highlighting results, learnings, and opportunities for growth.

Coordinate the submission, review, and approval of invoices, legal agreements and advertising insertion orders.
