Role: Director of Digital Marketing & Communications
Pay Rate: $50 to $52/hr
Location: NYC
My client, a well-known nonprofit organization is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing & Communications to lead and execute digital strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and community impact. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic marketing professional with strong experience in nonprofit communications and digital marketing.
Develop and implement digital marketing and communications strategies to support organizational goals.
Manage and grow the organization’s online presence, including website, email marketing, and social media platforms.
Create and oversee digital campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and fundraising efforts.
Develop compelling content, messaging, and storytelling aligned with the organization’s mission.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to ensure consistent branding and communication across all channels.
Manage digital marketing tools, platforms, and marketing calendars.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
7+ years of experience in Marketing & Communications within a nonprofit organization.
Strong experience with digital marketing, content strategy, and social media management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
Passion for mission-driven work and nonprofit impact.
