QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: + BA/BS in marketing, communications, e-commerce, or related field; or equivalent experience + 10+ years of experience in digital growth, e‑commerce, or digital product leadership, preferably in
B2B or industrial manufacturing
. + Proven success launching or scaling
B2B e‑commerce and digital platforms
. + Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action. + Experience working cross‑functionally in complex organizations. + Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
Preferred:

Total Rewards
The compensation range for this position is $141,800.00 - $212,800.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
