Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
Bachelors degree in business, nonprofit management, or related field preferred. Equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive nonprofit fundraising or advancement experience required, including direct responsibility for donor cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and annual fundraising strategy.
Experience using a donor database/CRM to manage donor portfolios, track donor activity, segment appeals, monitor retention/reactivation, and generate fundraising reports required.
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
