Director of Data Science and AI (Tapstone Partners, LLC (Ad.net Inc.))(Mission Viejo, CA): Define and execute the AI/ML strategy, aligning data science initiatives with the product roadmap and overarching business goals; Spearhead the development, implementation, and optimization of core platform capabilities, including MLdriven keyword ranking, Generative AI for keyword classification/blocking, and vector-based semantic keyword testing; Lead A/B testing efforts to rigorously evaluate and refine algorithms, keyword strategies, designs and platform features, ensuring continuous performance improvement; Drive the architectural vision and development for current and future data features, including comprehensive KPI monitoring dashboards, real-time performance tracking, and device/geographical optimization capabilities; Pioneer the creation of automated workflows, such as AI-driven SOPs for new campaign monetization and integrated AI tools (Agents, Keyword Generators, Vector Tools) for optimization; Translate complex data science concepts into actionable strategies, championing data-driven decision-making with senior leadership and across departments; Mentor and lead high-performing Data/AI teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning; Actively aligning technical strategies with the company’s broader business objectives through close collaboration with senior leadership; Working across internal research & engineering teams to build prototypes using existing and new available technologies. In order to perform the above tasks, the following skills and experience are required: Experience developing and integrating AI driven tools/ models; Experience leading monetization strategies; Experience driving company wide-profitability gains through AI adoption; Experience using Python and C++. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field and at least two years of experience as a Data Analyst or related occupation.
