About The Role
This position is pivotal in driving our client's inorganic growth through strategic M&A activities. You will identify, evaluate, and execute opportunities that align with the company's growth objectives, serving as a key advisor to the Executive Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement standardized M&A processes, governance frameworks, and stage-gate decision models.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive Strategic Investment Playbook and robust opportunity pipeline.
- Advise ELT and functional leaders on organizational design and post-merger integration strategy.
- Lead cross-functional transaction teams and prepare high-quality materials for ELT and Board presentations.
- Serve as primary point of contact with investment banks, advisors, and target companies.
- Drive continuous improvement of corporate development capabilities and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred).
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or management consulting.
- Proven track record leading complex M&A transactions end-to-end, including deal structuring, due diligence, and valuation.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation (DCF, comps, precedents), and strategic analysis skills.
- Experience building or scaling a corporate development function and M&A playbooks.
- Excellent executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
- Strong project management, cross-functional leadership, and post-merger integration expertise.
- Global mindset with comfort in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
