Description

  • Lead all estimating and preconstruction activities across multiple project types
  • Manage and mentor a team of 5 estimators supporting vertical and civil work
  • Partner with executive leadership on project strategy and risk assessment
  • Oversee budgeting, cost planning, and value engineering initiatives
  • Support delivery of retail, warehouse, and commercial development projects

Profile

A successful Director of Construction should have:

  • 10+ years of construction, preconstruction, or estimating leadership experience
  • Strong retail construction background required
  • Experience with developers, general contractors, or integrated construction groups
  • Proven leadership managing estimating or preconstruction teams
  • Ability to operate in a highly confidential executive-level environment
