Position Summary:
The Director of Construction Operations will be responsible for the daily management, coordination and successful completion of Construction projects from Owner ontract, Notice to Proceed through project closeout. This position will autonomously oversee management staff for all active construction projects to ensure overall success for the company, our partners, and our clients. This position will be expected to mentor and manage project managers, project engineers and our general superintendent to ensure projects are completed in accordance with Integrate Construction Partners standards and goals and will report to the President of the company.Projects will be local and out of state, therefore periodic travel will be required for jobsite visits.

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position manages all employees in the operations side of our business and is responsible for leadership, performance management and participates in the hiring of the employees within its department.
Work Environment
This job requires approximately 40% office presence and 60% field jobsite presence potentially spread over several states.
Physical Demands
This position requires the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and bend or stand as necessary.
Safety must be top priority as this position operates in potentially hazardous conditions.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Workdays are predominantly Monday-Friday and hours of work vary depending on project size, location, and work deadlines.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area travel and overnight will be expected.
