05 | WHO THRIVES AT SDGThis role is not for someone who wants to manage at arm's length. It is for someone who is energized by being close to the work, close to the team, and close to the outcome.
You are a builder, not just a manager. You want to create something, not maintain something.
You take pride in margin discipline and on-time delivery as much as in winning the work.
You lead by being in the field, knowing what’s happening, and making decisions at the right level.
You have relationships in this market and you know how to turn them into pipeline.
You want ownership-level upside tied to the growth you drive.
You are not looking for a company that already has everything figured out. You want to help figure it out.
