Overview
The Director of Community Partnerships serves as the lead fundraising and community engagement professional for Arrow Child & Family Ministries Maryland programs and as a collaborative partner to the Sr. Director of Development. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive philanthropic strategies that advance the mission of Arrows Maryland special education schools and programs.
The Director of Community Partnerships will cultivate and steward relationships with individual donors, foundations, corporations, community organizations, legislators, and other stakeholders to build community awareness and secure philanthropic support for program operations, strategic advancements, capital initiatives, student enrichment opportunities, and innovative programming. This position works in tandem with the Development team and Maryland's leadership to ensure that fundraising initiatives align with both organizational priorities and programmatic needs, ultimately supporting Arrows mission of Helping Kids & Strengthening Families.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human services, business, statistics, or related field required, master's degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in donor relations, donor management, and/or nonprofit fundraising, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant management experience. Relevant marketing experience related to donor relation cultivation and engagement preferred.
