The Director of Clinical Training & Development leads clinical training, mentorship, and professional development across Arbor Therapy. This role is responsible for building strong clinicians through structured onboarding, ongoing training, and mentorship while supporting recruitment and development of future therapists.
This role also oversees the student clinical rotation program as a pipeline for future clinician hiring.

Important Note
This role focuses on clinical training and development and does not oversee billing, coding, or financial operations.
Working Conditions:
This position requires intermittent standing, lifting, kneeling, and sitting. In addition, this position may include working closely with clients who have mental, physical, and/or behavioral diagnoses and may be verbally or physically combative.
