Core Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and supervision to therapists, case managers, and recreational coordinators
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
Direct clinical operations, including policy development and quality improvement
Manage staffing, recruitment, and professional development of clinical team
Analyze program outcomes and provide strategic recommendations
Collaborate with medical leadership to enhance integrated care delivery
Participate in administrator on-call rotation
Ideal Qualifications
Masters degree in social work, counseling, or related field
LCSW or LPC license in Arkansas
5+ years clinical experience with children, adolescents, and families
3+ years management/supervisory experience
Extensive knowledge of psychiatric, psychological, and substance abuse treatment
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellence in clinical documentation and reporting
Physical ability to assist in crisis intervention when needed
