Role Overview and Responsibilities
As Director of Clinical Services, you are the responsible clinical leader for the location, accountable for the quality, safety, and compliance of all patient care delivered at the branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical leadership and staff supervision
- Survey readiness and regulatory compliance
- HHVBP and HHCAHPS performance at the branch level
- OASIS accuracy and clinical episode oversight
- Directly supervise clinical managers and field clinicians
- Ensure compliance with Medicare CoPs, accreditation standards, and state regulations
- Own branch survey readiness and corrective action execution
- Owns QAPI plan approval and execution, and maintains a continuous survey-ready posture with documented mock-surveys
- Monitor OASIS accuracy, care planning, and visit utilization
- Drive branch-level HHVBP and HHCAHPS performance improvement
- Provide case mentoring, clinical coaching, and competency oversight
- Lead branch QAPI activities and outcome improvement plans
- Partner with Operations leadership on staffing capacity and productivity
Work Environment: On-site presence in the branch location, 5 days per week.

Requirements:
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Graduate of a National League for Nursing–accredited school of nursing
- BSN preferred
- Minimum two years of management or supervisory experience in home health
- Current BLS certification
- Knowledge of governmental regulations and ACHC standards
- Strong ability to manage high levels of stress
- Excellent observation, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft applications, EMR systems, and technology
