Director of Clinical Services Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established Home Health and Hospice organization. They have a current opening for a regional Director of Nursing for their Home Health location in the Portage, MI area. A Registered Nurse is required. Medicare Home Health management experience is a must. This person will lead an interdisciplinary clinical team.
Director of Clinical Services Job Requirements - Medicare Home Health leadership experience.
- A Registered Nurse is required.
- Excellent understanding of state/federal Home Health regulations, OASIS, and PDGM.
- Ability to see patients when needed.
Director of Clinical Services Job Responsibilities - Manage the day-to-day clinical operations and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations.
- Hire, train, mentor staff.
- Improve clinical processes.
