Daily Operating Rhythm
Your day opens with a leadership review of the latest quality, safety, and risk indicators-what moved, what's stalled, and what needs escalation-then quick alignment with site and service-line leads. From there, you shift into working sessions with clinical and operational partners to convert insights into decisions, owners, and deadlines. You'll reserve uninterrupted time to reconcile data sources, validate submissions, and ensure documentation supports what's being reported. Readiness work is continuous: keeping audit materials current, closing gaps early, and stress-testing processes before reviews occur. Expect regular coordination with other NHC locations, balancing onsite presence with timely guidance when new issues surface. You wrap by capturing progress, updating trackers, and setting the next day's priorities for the Director of Clinical Performance and Risk agenda.
