How you'll make an impact in this role:

Oversee operational effectiveness across multiple facilities. Ensure all quality metrics, compliance standards, and performance goals are met. Drive initiatives that support high-quality, cost-effective care and foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve performance metrics and achieve organizational goals.
  • Create goals and standards consistent with clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements of the organization. Establishe and enforce policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular quality control assessments and implement improvements to optimize clinical and operational functions.
  • Integrate and coordinate services across facilities to fulfill contractual obligations and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Cultivate professional development and talent management strategies to support a high-performing workforce. Lead and mentor facility leadership teams, providing guidance and support to elevate care quality and operational success.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
What additional requirements you'll need:
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in Multi site Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), particularly with short-term rehab programs
  • Experience with assisted living and memory care is a plus
  • Up-to-date knowledge of SNF regulations and compliance requirements
