Director of Clinical Operations Description
Our client is a well-established Home Health organization. They have a current opening for a Director of Clinical Operations for their Northbrook, IL location. Medicare Home Health leadership experience as a registered nurse is required. This person will manage day-to-day clinical operations for home and community-based hospice care. Relocation candidates welcome to apply.
Director of Clinical Operations Requirements- Home Health leadership experience.
- Excellent understanding of Medicare regulations and COP’s.
- Registered Nurse.
Director of Clinical Operations Job Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations for the branch.
- Oversight of directly reporting clinicians and non-clinicians.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Work with business development team to grow census.
