Lead Innovation. Elevate Care. Make an Impact.

What if your work didn’t just improve systems—but helped improve lives?

We’re looking for a Director of Clinical Informatics who is passionate about bridging the gap between technology and patient care. In this role, you won’t just manage systems—you’ll help shape how care is delivered by empowering clinical teams with the tools, data, and insights they need to make a meaningful difference every day.

Why This Role Matters

Behind every system improvement is a patient experience, a caregiver’s workflow, and a moment that matters. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that clinical technology supports, does not complicate, the work of those delivering care. Your leadership will directly influence quality outcomes, staff satisfaction, and operational excellence across multiple care settings.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with clinical and operational leaders to improve workflows and enhance care delivery

  • Lead initiatives that optimize clinical systems and drive meaningful adoption

  • Translate complex data into actionable insights that improve performance and outcomes

  • Guide teams through change with clarity, purpose, and engagement

  • Build strong relationships across disciplines to ensure solutions are practical and impactful

  • Mentor and develop a team committed to innovation and continuous improvement

Who You Are

  • A nurse leader (RN or APRN) licensed in Florida who understands both the clinical and technical sides of healthcare

  • A problem-solver who sees opportunity where others see challenges

  • A communicator who can connect with frontline staff and executive leadership alike

  • A leader who inspires trust, drives collaboration, and brings people along through change

  • Someone who believes that attitude, purpose, and teamwork matter just as much as skill

What You’ll Find Here

  • A mission-driven environment where your work has real impact

  • A culture that values collaboration, respect, and recognition

  • A team committed to doing the right thing—for patients and for each other

  • The opportunity to shape systems that support those who provide care every day

If you’re looking for a role where you can lead with purpose, influence change, and make a lasting difference—we’d love to connect.
