Position Overview
Reporting to the Deputy Director, the Director of Clinical Affairs will provide strategic and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary clinical team of approximately 25 Clinical Supervisors, Clinicians, Associate Clinicians, and Quality Assurance staff. This individual will champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth while ensuring clinical excellence and regulatory compliance across programs.
