Assisting Hands Seacoast NH

Assisting Hands Seacoast NH is hiring a Director of Client Services to support client care coordination, caregiver supervision, and service excellence in a growing home care agency. This role is ideal for an experienced care professional with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills who is passionate about helping seniors remain safe, supported, and independent at home.

Job Summary

The Director of Client Services serves as a key point of contact for clients, families, caregivers, and office staff. Responsibilities include overseeing client care, conducting client assessments, creating and updating care plans, supervising caregivers, and supporting day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in caregiving or healthcare supervision, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

·       Oversee client care and help ensure each client’s needs are met with compassion and consistency
·       Meet with prospective clients and families to assess needs and recommend appropriate services
·       Create, maintain, and update individualized care plans
·       Train, support, and supervise caregivers
·       Maintain high standards of client service and satisfaction
·       Coordinate communication among clients, families, caregivers, and office staff
·       Support day-to-day office operations and service delivery

Required Qualifications

·       High school diploma or GED
·       LNA/CNA or LPN credential
·       At least 2 years of experience supervising staff or providing personal care services
·       At least 1 year of office experience
·       Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
·       Comfort using standard office software and tools
·       Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and professionalism

Preferred Experience

·       Experience in home care or a long-term healthcare setting
·       Office management experience
·       Previous or current supervisory experience in healthcare

Reports to: Administrator
