How you'll make an impact in this role:

As the Director of Cath Lab and Cardiology Imaging, you will direct the development and implementation of policies, procedures and strategies for the assigned clinical program.  Other responsibilities include:

  • Develop departmental goals, plans and standards consistent with the objectives of the organization.
  • Direct all activities related to staffing including hiring, training, development and evaluation of staff.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures.
  • Monitor and adhere to budget.
  • Approve and/or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
What additional requirements you'll need:
  • Master's degree (MSN, MBA, etc) preferred 
  • 7+ years relevant clinical experience in clinical cardiology setting (RRT, CVT, RN, etc)
  • 3+ years of Cath Lab leadership experience
