What will you be responsible for?

At Market of Hilliard, we believe that leaders are those who influence change and set an example of service for our team members. Some specific responsibilities include:

• Support business growth inside the restaurant, through daily Operational excellence
• Drive business growth outside the restaurant, by capturing Catering Sales Opportunities 
• Identify, follow-up, and secure Catering Sales Opportunities - lead generation, calls, in-person visits, etc.
• Ensure Catering orders are fulfilled and delivered on time, accurately, and provide a REMARKable experience for Catering guests
• Lead all Catering guest relationship management, follow-up calls, records and notes.
• Collaborate with Restaurant leaders to ensure inventory, staffing and production is prepared to fulfill scheduled Catering orders
• Be an ambassador for the brand in the local community on a regular basis
• Proactively market Catering services to continue building awareness of Chick-fil-A Catering
• Resolve guest needs with generosity
• Develop other leaders, through coaching, feedback and one-on-one development
• Deliver genuine hospitality by smiling, making eye contact, and engaging warmly with guests
• Maintain a clean and welcoming dining area and work environment
• Handle cash, register tills, and safe with the utmost integrity and attention to detail
• Maintain Chick-fil-A's high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and service excellence
• Follow restaurant policies, including dress code and health & safety guidelines
• Assist with other duties as assigned by leadership
