Description: Director of Career and Technical Education - North Central CTE Cooperative

Location: Lincoln Education Center - Plymouth School Corporation

Qualifications: Indiana Building Level Administrator license or an Indiana Director of Career and Technical Education license or willingness to obtain such.

Candidates with a valid Indiana Building Level Administrator license do not need the Director of CTE license.

To obtain a Director of Career and Technical Education license, an applicant must meet the following:

• Successfully completes an approved district administrator or Director of Career and Technical education program.
• Obtains a Master's degree, or if already degreed, completed additional coursework in an approved district administrator or Director of Career and Technical Education program.
• Holds one of the following licenses:
• Professional Educator's License with proficiency of initial, standard, provisional, proficient, or accomplished practitioner with at least one Career and Technical (CTE) content area, business or technical education.
• A Workplace Specialist 2 license with two years of full-time teaching experience in an accredited vocational school with the grade level and vocational content listed in the license.
• Building Level Administrator, Superintendent, Director of Curriculum & Instruction, or Director of Exceptional Needs license.
• Completed at least two years of teaching experience.
