Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Cabinet Sales to lead and grow our cabinet sales division. This role is responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives, managing high-performing teams, and driving revenue growth across residential, commercial, and/or builder channels. The ideal candidate brings deep industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management.
Location: Desired to be in Central Florida ( Orlando, FL )
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage the cabinet sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, builders, contractors, and designers
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s customer base
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales initiatives
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
- Establish pricing strategies, promotions, and sales programs
- Ensure exceptional customer experience from initial contact through project completion
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience in cabinetry, kitchen & bath, or related building materials industry strongly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
