Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Cabinet Sales to lead and grow our cabinet sales division. This role is responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives, managing high-performing teams, and driving revenue growth across residential, commercial, and/or builder channels. The ideal candidate brings deep industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management.

Location: Desired to be in Central Florida ( Orlando, FL )


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the cabinet sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, builders, contractors, and designers
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s customer base
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales initiatives
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
  • Establish pricing strategies, promotions, and sales programs
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience from initial contact through project completion
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to executive leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in cabinetry, kitchen & bath, or related building materials industry strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
