Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading the development, execution, and oversight of integrated business planning processes, shaping the execution of the Office Print Solutions' long-term vision while driving operational excellence and execution. The role partners closely with executive leadership to align strategic priorities with business performance objectives and ensures delivery of sustainable growth, efficiency, and value creation. This position leads cross-functional teams focused on planning and business performance.
Responsibilities
• Lead development and execution of integrated business plans aligned with organizational goals, driving the right portfolio decisions, financial and unit plans and market share outcomes.
• Provide strategic and operational guidance to executive leadership on growth, efficiency, capital allocation, and business performance.
• Apply financial rigor and analytical insight to drive value-based decision making across initiatives and programs.
• Drive multi-year business planning processes, including long-term planning, annual operating plans, and performance tracking.
• Lead high-impact initiatives and transformation programs, and new business models.
• Establish governance frameworks to monitor execution, resolve high-impact issues, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute key initiatives and manage critical relationships.
• Identify and implement opportunities to optimize business processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Develop reporting and analytics to inform decision-making and track performance against targets.
• Lead resource planning, including budgets, workforce planning, and investment prioritization.
• Build a high-performance culture with strong leadership, talent development, and succession planning.
• Influence senior executives on key business issues, including risk management, execution strategy, and organizational priorities.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 15+ years of relevant experience in strategy, business planning, operations, or management consulting.

The pay range for this role is $166,050 to $265,700 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
