The Director of Business Operations is a highly visible, strategic leadership role responsible for driving alignment, operational excellence, and cross-functional integration across the organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership across capital markets, development, planning, design, construction, and sales to create and refine standard operating procedures, oversee key business processes, and support legal and corporate reporting functions. This individual will play a critical role in streamlining workflows, enhancing accountability, and ensuring consistency across departments, while helping to re-establish and support monthly strategic meetings and executive priorities.
This role is ideal for a driven, high-energy leader with a background in real estate development and a strong foundation in finance, who thrives in an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented environment. Success in this position will be defined by the ability to quickly learn and integrate across multiple business functions, foster collaboration, and bring structure to complex, fast-moving priorities.
