Our Growth
We are entering a period of rapid, strategic expansion. Over the next month, we will onboard our sixth attorney, an administrative assistant, and our first non-attorney sales professional. Having historically grown through referrals, we began investing in digital marketing in 2025 and are already experiencing substantial results. We conservatively expect to double gross revenue in 2026—with the strong possibility of exceeding that projection.
To support this next chapter, we are hiring a Operations Leader/COO to help architect, manage, and optimize the infrastructure that will carry us forward.
Key Responsibilities
Required
• 5–10+ years of operations, business management, or firm administration experience (legal industry experience preferred but not required).
• Experience working in a high-growth environment significantly scaling a business.
• Demonstrated success implementing systems, improving processes, and managing growth in a service-based organization.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing people and teams.
• Familiarity with KPIs, performance management, and operational reporting.
• High-level organizational, analytical, and project-management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability, willingness and desire to work in-person in Garden City, NY.
Preferred (but not required)
• Experience in a law firm, legal operations, or professional services environment.
• EOS / traction or similar operational framework experience.
• Proficiency with legal CRM/case-management platforms.
