Job Title: Director of Business Development – M&A and Strategic Partnerships
Reports To: Vice President, Business Development
Location: Remote with approx. 50% Travel
The Director of Business Development – M&A and Strategic Partnerships is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and advancing strategic acquisition and partnership opportunities. Working closely with the VP of Growth and Corporate Development Development, this role will lead the full deal lifecycle - from market intelligence, pipeline development, prospecting, deal intake, discovery, and negotiating of M&A activity until a letter of intent is signed. The ideal candidate is a strategic operator with deep connections in hearing healthcare who will significantly grow HearingLife’ s footprint across the U.S.
