They will collaborate with marketing, manufacturing, and fulfillment teams to position the company as a key partner for DTC and subscription brands seeking sustainable, customized packaging solutions.
Key functions include market analysis, pipeline development, sales cycle management, team building, cross-functional partnership, and performance tracking.
Qualifications require 5+ years in sales or business development, experience with $10M+ revenue growth, and knowledge of ecommerce, packaging, or supply chain solutions. Preferred experience includes packaging industry background and managing sales teams.
