Empowered Staffing is growing, and we’re looking for a high-performing business development leader to help expand our footprint nationwide. This is not an entry-level sales role. We are looking for someone who already has established relationships within industries we serve—senior living, healthcare, behavioral health, private equity, professional services, and related sectors—and knows how to turn those relationships into long-term client partnerships. The ideal person has experience in staffing, recruiting, workforce solutions, HR services, PEO, or adjacent industries where they’ve built trust with decision-makers and understand hiring pain points at the mid-to-executive level.
What you’ll do:
• Drive new business development and client acquisition
• Leverage existing relationships to generate recruiting and staffing opportunities
• Build strategic partnerships with owners, operators, executives, and hiring leaders
• Identify hiring pain points and position Empowered Staffing as a trusted talent partner
• Collaborate with our recruiting team to ensure successful delivery
• Expand opportunities across permanent placement, executive search, and staffing solutions
What we’re looking for:
• 3+ years experience (with a proven track record) in business development, sales, or client acquisition
• Existing network of decision-makers that can translate into business opportunities
• Background in staffing/recruiting, workforce solutions, HR, PEO, healthcare services, or related B2B industries strongly preferred
• Hunter mentality with strong relationship-building skills
• Ability to open doors and close deals—not just cold call
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset
