Overview
The position requires a highly organized, goal-oriented leader who will be responsible for operations leadership, business development, and driving solutions in our technical work along with our regional technical teams. This person will work closely with the Regional Operations Managers and Building Solutions Leadership to achieve sustainable and profitable regional growth while providing a high level of technical leadership. The primary services this position will be responsible for is Commissioning, Retro-Commissioning, Monitoring Based Commissioning, Energy Auditing, and Facility Condition Assessments. A specific strategic focus shall be a sustained expansion of these services within existing buildings in the western part of the United States.
Success in this role includes effectively leveraging and developing existing team talent, strengthening client relationships, and enhancing the region's presence through communication, industry engagement, and leadership visibility.
