We’re looking for an Associate Director of Beyond the Restaurant (BTR) to lead our catering, delivery, and community partnership efforts at our Lenexa and Shawnee locations. Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all BTR operations — catering deliveries, pickups, and ADPs — ensuring excellence, care, and attention to detail
- Recruit, lead, and coach our BTR Captain team
- Foster strong community relationships and find new ways to engage guests
- Collaborate with the leadership team to support overall business health and smooth operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communicator and coach who builds trust with teams and guests
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented leader
- Dependable, with strong follow-through and a drive for excellence
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to systems and tools
- Experience in catering, logistics, or operations is a plus
- Willingness to work flexibly and travel between locations
- Physically able to lift 10-25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
