JOB SUMMARY & QUALIFICATIONS The Behavioral Health Program Director provides leadership, supervision, clinical, and billing oversight of clinical services within the substance use disorder and co-occurring treatment program. This position ensures the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based treatment services in compliance with federal and state regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
The Behavioral Health Program Director provides direct supervision to clinicians, ensures treatment plans and all documentation meet clinical and regulatory requirements, and promotes best practices in substance use and mental health treatment. The Behavioral Health Program Director provides direct billing supervision to clinicians and Peer Support Specialists.

The position requires proficiency in the following areas:
A major responsibility will be developing new programming for substance use and co-occurring treatment services.
